PerriThese terms apply to Perri ("we", "us"), based in India. By buying a plan or using the app you agree to them.
Plans and credits
Paid plans renew every month for 12 months unless cancelled earlier (you can buy again at the end) and include a monthly allowance of credits. One credit is roughly one token on typical models; fast models use fewer credits per token and premium models use more. The credits used depend on the model, the length of your conversation, attachments and the reply. Each plan's monthly AI usage is capped, so you are never charged more than the plan price. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month and have no cash value.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in several currencies and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are charged the same amount each month in the currency you chose. In India you can pay by UPI or card; payments in other currencies require an international card. If a renewal payment fails, access to cloud models pauses until payment succeeds.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time in Perri (Settings → Your plan → Cancel plan) or with the link in your Razorpay subscription email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing.
Videos
With Claude Opus 5.5 selected you can ask Perri to create short videos (up to 15 seconds). The video is rendered by a third-party video model and uses credits from your monthly allowance; the cost in credits is shown before you create it. If a video fails to render you are not charged. Finished videos are saved in your browser — download any you want to keep.
Free trial
Every account that hasn't bought a plan can use a one-time free trial of 10 messages on a selection of fast AI models. Replies on the trial are shorter than on a plan, and web search, images and video aren't included. The trial is limited to one per person: one per account, per device and per network. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, ends when you buy a plan, and we may change or end the trial offer at any time. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed, and we may remove trials or accounts that do.
Credit top-ups
While your plan is active you can buy one-time credit top-ups (Plans & credits → Need more credits this month?). Top-up credits are added to the current month's allowance and expire at your next renewal, like other credits. They are one-time payments, not subscriptions, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Referrals
You can invite friends with your personal link (Your account → Invite friends). When someone signs up through your link with a new account and pays for their first plan, you both receive 10,000 bonus credits. Bonus credits are added to the allowance of the month they are given and expire at the next renewal, like other credits; if you have no active plan yet, yours are added when you start one. Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rewards are given once per invited person, never for your own accounts, and we may remove rewards or close accounts involved in fake or abusive referrals.
Acceptable use
Do not use Perri for anything illegal, to harm others, to generate abusive or infringing content, or to break the usage policies of the AI providers. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
AI can make mistakes. Check important information, and do not rely on AI output for medical, legal or financial decisions without a professional.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
